NEWS

On Friday 19 th October 2018 we set aside the hustle and bustle of busy lifestyles to travel down to Brentwood London for the World ocr championships 2018.

What a memorable weekend we had !! On the Friday Team Freestyle female athletes took on an extremely hard 3km sprint event giving a fantastic account of themselves on a extremely upper body based technical course.

On the Saturday the team were back for more this time the main event the 15km course. Stuart Williams was first to set off at 8:45 am , the waves were fast and furious which took me by surprise to be honest , so many world class athletes from over 60 countries WOW !! The team were staggered through all age groups so we managed to catch glimpses of them throughout the course giving encouragement and advise throughout .
The course was built extremely well it was breaking the body down one obstacle at a time especially the grip and upper body the rigs were relentless taking no prisoners and a band from many .

Seeing the team battle on this course made me exceptionally proud of how far we’ve actually come as a team a family and friends , everyone home safe is the win for me it always is !!

Wear your medals with pride because your all champions in your own right and I’ll get back to the drawing board to take us to the next level with some fantastic ideas taken from the course .This weekend will be etched in our lives forever and I couldn’t have spent it with a better bunch of like minded people my the second family my friends ❤️🖤

Rest up Team love the coach ❤️🖤❤️🖤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🏅
